RN Delegate / RN Manager / Registered Nurse

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities-SALARY RANGE $110K-$120K! YOU WILL WORK DAYS! 1.
Reviews/certifies the General Manager's or designee's assessments of residents.
2.
Documents on-site observations of each resident at least every 45 days using the community's electronic platform.
3.
Is available and responds to unanticipated occurrences to provide consultation, recommendations and/or on-site assessments within the specified timeframes.
4.
Issues nursing or clinical orders consistent with company polices, applicable code and resident needs/preferences.
5.
Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate and documents on-site reviews of delegated tasks and recommendations.
6.
Participates in the community's Quality Assurance meeting at least every 6 months.
7.
Conducts personal care services competency reviews of individuals hired for the Resident Assistant I role (RA I) who are not CNAs/Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1.
Has a comprehensive understanding of applicable code, including use of required and optional formats as it applies to the assessment and service planning process.
2.
Is able to correlate community policies with applicable code to maintain company standards and regulatory compliance.
3.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicates with community leadership, co-workers, residents, resident representatives, and other individuals.
4.
Multitasks independently with general supervision to meet deadlines.
5.
Acts with integrity at all times and observes company standards related to attendance, punctuality, dress, and demeanor.
6.
Fosters a true team atmosphere while working with individuals who have differing levels of abilities and experience.
7.
Has sufficient functional knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn other platforms used for assessment and service planning processes.
8.
Is willing and able to participate in the requirements of the community's respiratory protection program, which includes N-95 respirator medical evaluations and fit testing.
Education and Experience BSN-Registered Nurse Licensed to Practice in Maryland.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
