CollabraLink is seeking a Program Analyst III to join our team. The Program Analyst III will provide support OAR's Office of Science Support (OSS) providing support to the Research Council, Strategic Councils, and the NOAA Chief Scientist. This role is temporarily remote due to Covid-19.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide daily general administrative and business oversight of various business items and processes for OAR's support to NOAA's various strategic planning councils under the guidance of OAR leadership by reviewing, monitoring, and tracking correspondence, proposals, deadlines, and conducting research that will help with preparation of responses to inquiries from Council Members, other agency representatives, and external partners on a daily basis. Develop briefing packages in advance of council and OAR meetings, including subject matter research, as needed. Coordinate the various councils and their subcommittees and support OAR meeting planning and task completion. Meet with OAR staff, and/or other internal or external collaborators to discuss progress towards meeting preparation, project deliverables, and task completion for the Council or OAR Leadership, and help to establish priorities. Establish and maintain communication and information flow between NOAA Chief Scientist Council Chair, Council Vice-Chair, Council Members, and OAR for the NOAA Research Council, other Strategic Councils, and subcommittees of the councils. Draft Portfolio specific briefing materials and educational materials. Provide input to ad hoc stakeholder requests for information and analysis regarding policy development, status, and assessment. Design, implement, and manage mechanisms for collecting, tracking, and assessing information about a broad range of developments, activities, statements, and publications, and other metrics that impact Portfolio activities. Provide daily support to the NOAA Scientific Integrity (SI) Office, in Oceanic and Atmospheric Research, to support the Scientific Integrity Officer, Scientific Integrity Committee, and Line Office Scientific Integrity Officers. Assist NOAA SI staff with the development and maintenance of SI materials; guidance documents, templates, reporting tools, and appropriate tracking tools for the NOAA SI enterprise. Assist NOAA staff to set up and run meetings for the NOAA Scientific Integrity Committee, including preparation of agenda, materials, policy documents. Work with SIC members and others in NOAA to provide assistance for this activity. Required Experience (including Education and Certifications):
Master or Doctoral Degree in a related field from an accredited university required. 6
years of experience in the field or in a related area required. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment Can work both independently and as a team Strong writing and editing skills, and experience translating complex scientific information for non-scientific audiences MS Office and G-Suite proficiency Strong written, analytical, strategic foresight Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to learn by example, and multitask Demonstrated experience managing projects Knowledge of NOAA systems, services, research, and/or programs is required
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
