Assist in analyzing identity and access management gaps and risks for 3M Healthcare Recommend identity best practices for on-premises and cloud environments Work with identity engineers and architects to implement solutions Coordinate efforts with other teams in identity and development Create project plans, objectives, and roadmaps Assist in researching controls for identity risk programs Provide visibility through measurement and experimentally proving out results Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, follow corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards. Your Skills and Expertise (Identity and Access Engineer) To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and eleven (11) years of experience in IT Project Management Eight (8) years of experience working with identity and access management Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role:
Experience with AWS IAM and Azure AD Experience with Okta, Ping, and/or other Identity Providers Experience with Privileged Access Management and access approval processes Familiar with cloud security frameworks like the CIS CSC top 20 or AWS Security Best Practices
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
