Description Assisted Living (AL) Recruiting position ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
Consults with ProMedica Senior Care personnel to define need or problem.
Conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, analyzes and advises on a recommended solution.
Provides expert advice and counsel in recruiting.
Implements national nurse recruitment programs.
Assures, through actions, that the company image as an ethical and high quality provider is developed and maintained.

Location 352 - Arden Courts, A ProMedica Memory Care Community - Silver Springs, MD Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.
Position Requirements Recruiting experience required.
Assisted Living, Long-term care or home health care and hospice experience preferred.
Job Specific Details:

Will recruit for multiple communities remotely.
Minimal occasional travel.
Candidates must have previous recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
