Contract Therapist (Remote)

Sante is currently seeking a Part-Time Therapist (Contractor) to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) team in Silver Spring, Maryland.
As a Contract Therapist, you will provide a variety of psychotherapies to assigned clients, coordinate treatment with internal and external treatment team members, and bill for appropriate services.
This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) predominantly remote position with minimal in-person expectations (1-2 times on site per month).

Provide evidenced based treatment in various individual, group, and/or family therapy treatment modalities.
Provide quality intakes, diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and services in conformance with the Recovery Model.
Possess a demonstrated understanding of diagnostic evaluation methods, mental status exams, and use of the current DSM.
Collaborate and partner with community agencies and coordinate outside agency referrals as needed.
Responsible for obtaining required insurance authorizations prior to service and ensuring that service billing is submitted in a timely and complete manner.

Fee for service (reimbursement rate of 30%-40% of services billed).
No cost supervision for clinical licensure.

Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study and at least two (2) years of related experience.
Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW or LGPC).
