LMI is seeking a skilled Research Analyst/Specialist - Ingest, Hazard to support a client in Riverdale, Maryland.
Successful LMI analyst demonstrate competency in conducting supply chain intelligence analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving.
Work will be performed onsite a customer location.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
Conducts classified and unclassified research then documents research results.
Documented using client approved standards, document templates, and workflow systems/processes.
Conduct research to fully identify basic business information (DUNS, CAGE, addresses, etc.
), ownership, control, and influence of the vendor (manufacturer/seller/reseller/service or transportation provider), product supply chain information, as well as to understand any legal, regulatory, or financial issues of the vendor or products.
Sources of information include reliable commercial sources and U.

Government data, reports, notifications, assessments, etc.
Documented using client approved standards, document templates, workflow systems/processes, and timelines.
Conduct hazards research to understand legal, financial, fraud, architecture and infrastructure, security, and foreign intelligence issues from the OEM, technology, or reseller that the client intends to procure and submitted for a SCRM review.
Sources of information include reliable commercial sources and U.

Government data, reports, notifications, assessments, etc.
This may include vendors and products/items already in the client's supply chain documented using the client's approved standards, document templates, work-flow systems/processes, and timelines
Qualifications:
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Five (5) or more years of cumulative experience in intelligence research, intelligence analysis, business research, business analysis, finance analysis, cybersecurity, or counterintelligence.
Must have active Top Secret Clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency.
Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
DESIRED SKILLS Understanding of supply chain risk approaches and data sets Able to leverage various tools to conduct analytics focusing on supply chain risk.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
