Sparks Group has partnered with a leading healthcare research hospital and is seeking a Business Research Manager.
The Manager is responsible for the management of grants and contracts along with financial compliance, and administration of operational budgets.
They will report directly to the executive Director of Grants, Contracts and Finance.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the sponsored research/grants & contracts office under the Executive director Manage and oversee research projects within the federal and institutional regulations and policies Monitor federal regulations, advise and recommend procedures, and communicates the changes to GFA's and faculty Provide support as principle source of information on complex financial plans and procedures Oversee associated financial compliance, as well as management of center operational budgets Develop and train staff on federal regulations and institutional policies related to grants and contracts Manage clinical trials budgets and cost feasibility Maintain key relations with principle investigators, faculty and grantors Supervise team to manage grants and contracts from submission to post-award Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or any related fields 5
years of grants management and sponsored research experience 1
years of experience managing NIH sponsored grants in a university, research or medical facility 1
years of supervisory experience Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills Attention to detail and the ability to operate with considerable independence to effectively establish priorities and work accurately under time constraints Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret complex reports, and related documentations Detail and Process oriented; ability to build and foster successful working relationships - Download the Sparks Group mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.
