(CMS) provides residential Group Homes, servicing Developmentally Disabled Citizens (DDC), with quality care in the Washington DC Area.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Provide supervision at the group homes and/or day programs.
Accompany and supervise individuals (DDC) at all times.
Assist with personal hygiene and grooming care.
Assist with oral, nail, and skin care as needed.
Assist with the dressing and grooming of the Individual (DDC).
Monitor and assist the Individual (DDC) at mealtimes.
Apply behavioral interventions/techniques as outlined in the Individual's Behavior Support Plan.
Other related duties, as assigned.
