Sparks Group in partnership with a leading health system and is searching for a skilled and qualified Award Set Up Analyst.
The Analyst will establish or update sponsor information, funding periods and allocations, terms and conditions, deliverables, classification data and approval workflows in the grants management software.
The candidate will need to have experience with grants or contracts.

Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between multiple teams to gather documentation necessary for award setup Work close with post-award analyst to resolve issues related to representation of awards in information systems Analyze awards/amendments for terms and conditions, deliverables requirements, and other stipulations that affect setup of awards in information system Furnish documentation and related information necessary to provide to agencies, maintaining the database relating to sponsored research awards and activities Respond to general inquires and provides technical assistance within scope of work as needed Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Public Administration, Business or related fields 2
years Progressive experience in grants or contracts 1 year Experience related to biomedical research, and/or healthcare/medical programs and services 2
years Office environment in central or department administration, office of sponsored programs, office of research administration, university or medical center setting, or federal grant-making agency Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret complex reports, and related documentations Ability to handled multiple ongoing projects and prioritize based on current need - Download the Sparks Group mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.
