EntertainmentPosition summaryResponsible for managing all campaign deliverables working across the TLC and ID bundles.
This Includes the ability to write documents concisely and effectively, budget management, production assistance, effectively communicate with outside vendors and supporting the Creative team with promotional needs.
Ensure that all Marketing campaigns are executed in an efficient and timely manner from concept to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesoThe Production Manager will collaborate with Director, Production Management to oversee the pre- through post- production process for promotional deliverablesoWork with Director, Production Management on workflow efficiencies and processes within the Marketing team.
oWork closely with Marketing team producers and managers to cost manage assigned post and production shoots.
oManage and create any project contracts, PO's, and invoicing to be submitted to and by third parties.
oCollaborate with Business & Legal Affairs internal team on any necessary legal documents for shooting, talent approvals and asset management.
oManage and write business emails and formal document creation in a professional manner.
oCreate and manage any project trackers specifically for budgeting and asset management.
oWork closely with strategy and design team on the management of AirTableoAct as a liaison between the Marketing team and other WBD teamsoManage internal systems and processes to ensure assets are delivered and available for WBD teams.
oProvide consistent production support and collaboration to the Marketing team.
RequirementsoMust have at least 5-7 years related media and/or production experience.
oWorking knowledge and experience in shoot and post production.
oUnderstanding of AICP and AICE bid forms.
oExcellent negotiation skills.
oAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
oAbility to work on multiple projects, in various stages of production.
oStrong communication skills and ability to relay effectively.
oStrong skills in writing documents and business emails concisely and effectively.
oStrong organizational skills and attention to detail a must.
oProficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, AirTable Powerpoint and/or Keynote.
oMust be a team player and work with all levels of management.
