Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Critical Care Crisis Nurse Coordinator for our ICU Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Critical Care Crisis Nurse Coordinator you will Plans, coordinates, and directs those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients.
Coordinates the medical plan provided by the support service departments relating to assigned patient.
Identifies and implements nursing interventions and evaluates results for specific emergency treatments.
Assists with maintenance of departmental records for administrative and regulatory issues.
Provide night shift coverage for emergent events (Code Blue / RRT) in the hospital and to facilitate transfer of patients requiring critical care from the ED to ICU.
The Critical Care Crisis Nurse provides leadership through collaboration with the Service Line Directors for all departments in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for the patients Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred 1 year supervisory or management experience in an acute care setting and specialty (or equivalent) Current Maryland RN License Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work ScheduleNoneAt Adventist HealthCare our job is to care for you.
