Goldbelt APEX is seeking a Science Advisor.
The Science Advisor provides recommendations and insights to clinical development team on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
Provide medical and scientific expertise to other departments of the company, in a specific disease area and for a defined product range, all along the product life cycle Contribute to the design of post-market studies data analysis To ensure product safety, provide patient risk analysis of potential false test results Validate medical content of documents dedicated to subsidiaries or external audience Coordinate and/or participate in integrated discussions with scientific team(s), including distribution of relevant technical or scientific information Will assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials to support new staff continuing the training and support of the existing staff on new products and initiatives through scientific data exchange Regularly review scientific and product information Provide medical and scientific expertise to other departments of the company, in a specific disease area (Emergency Medicine/ acute Care and intensive Care) and for a defined product range, all along the product life cycle Organize Scientific advisory boards when required and develop a network of experts and opinion leaders Ensure scientific and medical watch through literature review in the medical area of reference Participate in and develop initiatives based on Oncology subject-matter expertise to further educate colleagues throughout the organization on lab/use of biomarkers in clinical trials, Internal Scientific forums on specific oncology indications or technical areas Clinical Trials Provide scientific support for existing clients (TC/ face-to-face client/ bid defense meetings/capability presentations) with regard to biomarkers testing applied to Oncology trialsQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in in Medical, Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Social Science, Medicine, Education, Chemistry, Biology Minimum seven (7) years of direct experience Minimum fix (5) years of leadership and project management experience Requires a Secret ClearancePreferred Qualification:
An Advanced Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience Recommended Skills Biology Clinical Trials Communication Consulting Data Analysis Education Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
