The Dialysis and Nephrology Nursing Manager will manage a the Pediatric Dialysis and Nephrology with 14 direct reports, accountable for department operations, implementing quality performance initiatives, educating new-hire and current staff on best practices and procedures, assisting with department budget, ensuring regulatory readiness, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
