Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our loyal customers and clients.
You will be working closely with our team by handling phone calls, customer orders, and event planning.
In order to be successful in this position you should be extremely detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday- Friday 9-6pm, possibly Sundays Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and customer information database systems Associates degree or higher is preferred Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
2 or more years' office administration experience.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, responding to emails, generating invoice and preparing documents/orders.
Collecting customer payment information.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
