keybridge llc keybridge llc Silver Spring, MD Silver Spring, MD Full-time Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year $50,000 - $60,000 a year 20 hours ago 20 hours ago 20 hours ago Duties - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Perform data entry and update databases as needed - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Order office supplies and maintain inventory - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Experience - Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience in front desk or customer support roles is a plus - Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
