Commercial Construction Manager
This role will involve reporting to project sites daily.
Project sites are located in Maryland and Northern Virginia The salary is $100-120k/yr depending on experience Responsibilities Develop and maintain schedules for sites and projects Effectively communicate with the City Inspector and ensure all inspection requirements are met in a prompt and legal manner Daily walkthrough at jobsites Order and schedule unit finishes Inspect the work to ensure quality and proper standards are achieved Coordinate receiving, unloading and storage of materials Requirements 5-10 years commercial construction experience Strong experience with ground up construction Excellent communication skills Recommended Skills Communication Construction Unloading Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
