(Westchester West Apartments).
A minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in residential property management is required.
Applicant must have the ability to maintain property standards, maintain the property budget, increase occupancy, decrease delinquency, supervise the office/leasing team, and oversee the maintenance department.
Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leasing skills, and leadership skills are required.
The ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance are a must.
Computer literacy is essential and proficiency in Excel is required.
Yardi and Tax Credit experience are required.
Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) required.
