This individual will be responsible for front desk reception, scheduling, insurance verification and following up on insurance claims
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Supervise office staff and order supplies or equipment as needed.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
Oversee office operations.
Monitoring office email and managing referrals.
Achieving operational goals by assisting in patient scheduling, staff productivity, and miscellaneous operations expenses.
Analyze office systems and processes and make recommendations for cost-effective and productive changes.
Promote new patient growth by creating and supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs.
Able to delegate and work in a supervisory position.
Requirements:
-Dental Office experience (2-3 years preferred) -Spanish Speaking preferred -Experience with copay and insurance - Team Oriented Pay and
Benefits:
- $30-$35/hr compensation DOE.
