The Data Entry Clerk's primary role is to accurately enter data into company ledgers in a timely manner while complying with company policies and procedures.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Data entry of client transactions into company ledgers Reviews transactions for accuracy and completeness, making corrections where necessary Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintains confidentiality of client information by keeping all client financial data confidential Assists with reconciliation of client accounts by collecting necessary documentation from clients Performs other duties as required or assigned by Management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required One year of experience in a similar role preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
