Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and manage our marketing and social media strategy - Create engaging content for various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook - Draft emails for our email marketing - Assist with influencer outreach and partnership collaboration - Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity - Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate ad campaigns and promotions - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media technologies Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Experience with social media platforms - Creative thinking and passion - Strong understanding of social media marketing principles - Knowledge of photography and videography techniques for social media visuals - Ability to stigmatize brand messaging effectively across various platforms - Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers and influencers - Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team Skills that are useful:
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and strategies - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite - Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends This role requires a creative individual passionate about social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
