Summary:
We are seeking a friendly team player to join our orthodontic practice.
As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will provide exceptional patient care.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to greeting patients, checking them in and out, and assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have & helping with insurances.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
If you have excellent communication skills, and are organized, we would love to have you on our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of dental/orthodontic office procedures - Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Knowledge of proper phone etiquette Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
