TechWerks is in search of a Project Manager to spearhead research and analysis efforts aimed at

crafting, sharing, and enhancing evidence-based knowledge products and interventions. These

initiatives, including resilience and suicide prevention/intervention training, coach education, and quick

guides, are designed to boost service member readiness, performance, well-being, and resilience, while

also facilitating the widespread adoption and implementation of these resources. The role involves

creating innovative research protocols and program evaluations, designing, and conducting studies with

stringent methodologies, undertaking data collection and analysis, and developing comprehensive

training curricula and tools to support the objectives of the WRAIR Research Transition Office (RTO). As

a vital part of CMPN, the RTO focuses on delivering evidence-based solutions to improve the readiness,

performance, and resilience of service members and their support networks.


This role demands a focus on pioneering research to develop, disseminate, and refine training programs

and interventions, such as resilience and suicide prevention. The Project Manager will oversee the

creation and implementation of novel research protocols, the execution of rigorous study designs, and

the development of training curricula and tools. This position is crucial for advancing service member

wellness, operational readiness, and psychological resilience, making significant contributions to the

RTO's mission and impact.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
