for Program office and will provide project management support. The incumbent will coordinate all HealthPlan projects involving Optum Vendor project implementation, Tracking of the Schedule, Issues, Risks and Gathering of requirements for the installation of Optum software interface with Tapestry and Legacy systems. We are looking for an individual with strong communication, coordination and written abilities in addition to the required project management technical skills for this challenging position.
Essential Functions: Partnering with business analysts to understand project requirement and determine what and how to build and organize tables to fulfil the business requirements. Communicating with business partners, business analysts, other project managers, Directors and Executives Coordinate implementation of processes for various projects Required
Experience: . These are the MUST HAVE items. If a candidate does not have these then they will be rejected. 5 years Project management experience . only 3 years is required with a BA/BS Degree Ability to manage complex projects in a virtual setting. This position will be 50% to 75% remote work they MUST have experience in that type of a work environment Ability to manage dependencies across multiple projects across the enterprise and regions. Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, Powerpoint and MS Visio) MUST have experience is ALL 3 tools if these are not outlined in their experience, the candidate will be rejected. Preferred

Project Management Certification Experience in database management.
