The Sales Representative will be in our Silver Spring, MD office. This is a full-time position.
DUTIES:
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction;
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors;
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers;
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales, including Customer Relationship Management data;
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.;
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments; and
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
