Requirements:
Maryland Masters HVAC License.
One year minimum experience support systems for a Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory and a facility that house an animal research program that was accredited by AAALAC International.
Familiarity with equipment and facility maintenance procedures and processes.
4 years experience in the administration, scheduling, and coordination of a work force for the maintenance of facilities.
4 years experience in the maintenance of complex industrial facilities and in the operation of utility systems.
Ability to pass Federal Government background check
Be able to lift 75 pounds.
Desired
Experience:
Familiarity with ARCHIBUS and/or similar computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Familiarity with FDA ERIC Call System to tract and respond to incidents.
Familiarity with FDA and/or HHS.
Experience working with any/all of National Safety Code (NSC); American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASRA); Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Experience with Section 608 of the Clean Air Act current and future, concerning HFC's (Hydrofluorocarbons) and HCFC's (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons) including, but not limited to, recapturing service use, disposal andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
