Seeking experienced HR Coordinator / Recruiter to work with small IT company in the DC Metro area. Must have at least five years of progressive human resources experience in positions such as Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, Recruiter, and Executive Assistant.
Exceptional administrative and customer service skills: experience in all areas of human resources including, but not limited to, new hire processes, new hire orientations and paperwork, W-2, W-4, I-9, credentialing, performance management, recruiting, staffing, posting job ads, employee relations, compliance, reference checks, experience with HRIS, and working with upper level management.
Must be independent and a self-starter with the ability to complete assignments with little or no supervision.
This is a virtual position, requiring you to work from home. Although this is a virtual position, candidate must live in the DC Metro area. Candidate will need to attend periodic meetings in person in our office in Silver Spring, Maryland. Must have own computer, printer and reliable high speed Internet access.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
