OUTPATIENT GENERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE POSITION IN SILVER SPRING, MD The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, seeks BC/BE internal medicine physicians for full-time positions on our primary care staff in the Department of Medicine's Division of General Internal Medicine in a collaborative, team-based community practice with clinical and administrative support.
Duties include providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting with opportunities to engage in population management and quality/safety activities.
These positions lie within the clinical focus of our Division and do not have assigned academic duties; supervising medical students on clerkship rotations, with accompanying faculty appointment, is optional.

Basic
Qualifications:
Applicants must be Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and licensed in Maryland at the time of appointment.
Applicants must have a record of providing outstanding primary care as demonstrated by experience and/or references.
At least two years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
